Our Help Your Health provides non-medical home health aide and companion care services to seniors, elderly, mentally challenged, and physically challenged adults. Our goal is to help individuals remain in the safety and comfort of their own home environments for as long as possible. Our dedicated home health aides and companions provide emotional support, caregiver assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship to promote independence in their own homes. We offer professional and dependable care available 24/7.

Role Description

This is a part-time/full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing caregiver assistance, personal care, and support to seniors, elderly individuals, and those with mental and/or physical challenges. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. The role also involves providing companionship, emotional support, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care and personal care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assist with activities of daily living
  • Knowledge and understanding of patient care
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Preferred certification or training in home health care
  • Experience with elderly and mentally/physically challenged individuals is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 70 per week
